What exactly is it ??
A: This software works as an add
on to your current EDI solution. It has the ability to capture inbound and
outbound data and give you many additional features that your current
solution does not. It will not interfere or change the way you are currently
processing your EDI. It is a system where you can be on top of your EDI without
having to be a computer expert. EDI is the lifeblood of a business today and
too many companies do not manage their EDI properly. Poor EDI management can
lead to loss of orders, chargebacks and even loss of customers. Also, EDI data

* Automatic notification of all
inbound orders via email. Emails can be sent to both supervisors as well as to
the one managing the account. There can be a different email contact set up for
each trading partner.
* Acknowledgement tracking of all
outbound data - All outgoing data (usually 856/ASN and 810/Invoice ) can be
tracked for receipt and acknowledgment from the Vendor. Email alerts can be set
up for all non acknowledged documents and the warning status as well. For
example: Non ackd ASN's over 24 hours have a warning status of high, Non ackd
Invoices over 24 hours have a warning status of medium and so on ....
Emails can be sent to both
supervisors as well as to the one managing the account. There can be a
different email contact set up for each trading partner.
*Optional Integration Package -
Dependant on your current software, we can customize the solution so that we
can report on missing transactions. For example, you received 25 EDI orders
today but only 24 were processed into your ERP/Accounting system. You generated
5 outgoing ASN's from your ERP/Accounting system but only 4 were processed into
your EDI system.
*Optional Sales Data module - We
can capture all 852 sales data and produce both snapshot and detailed reports
of sales by item, customer .....
